Coming Down to the Wire!

You see this timestamp? It’s 11:13 p.m. and I am finally getting to my blog! It’s Wednesday, Y’All! And that means it’s time for me to get my act together and get to writing!

Oh my goodness!!!! It’s almost Thursday! I’m almost out of time and I am sorry to our Thursday blogger Katie! I am cramping your timeline girl! Many apologies, but let’s face it, I know you know this drill!

The day got away from me. So much happened today I could not even put it into words. The ultimate roller coaster. Up, down, up, down! So many things to solve for and so many absolutely incredible moments as well.

It’s Summer Summit week at my company. And that means all 470 employees are in town for a week full of knowledge, fun, collaboration and inspiration! We truly do it up right. But all of us HMH moms are key leaders at this company. All of us have remote employees that are in from out of town that we need to connect with. The to do list truly doubles in this week alone!

I LOVE having everyone in town. I can’t really describe the buzz around the building, but think of an energy surge and multiply it by 10! I truly have the best team on earth and am inspired by their drive and dedication to making our company awesome!

It’s taxing on the fam though. I didn’t really get a chance to see them this week. And they are just as busy as I am. My husband has been running it solo all week. Multiple ball games every night and Kiley had Junior Nationals downtown at Navy Pier for Volleyball two days this week. It’s the very first one that I have ever missed. She has played that Nationals Tournament the last 4 years in a row. This one was probably her last, so it was very hard to miss her playing. But duty called! And It gave my husband an opportunity to see her play and that is definitely the silver lining.

I would like to say thank you to my husband Brian for holding things down this month. It doesn’t go unnoticed honey! We are so lucky to have you!

Cheers Mommas! I hope you are having an awesome week! And I count my blessings for this blog, these wonderful women and all of you. I LOVED hearing all of the people who told me they are reading our blog. It means so very much to us!

We are 7 women, working our butts off for what we love…. in the office AND at home!

Hustle Mom, Hustle! You can do it all, if you have the right people around you! Xo to my work fam, my husband and my beautiful three!
