Who am I?

The question that seems so simple but has layers and layers of defining moments.  And not just the moments, but the people. The people surrounding us mold us to the person we are today and I am so proud of that person today.

I am a mom, a sister, a daughter, a really good friend and so proud of each of these areas of my life.  I am so lucky to have my community, my family, my friends, my neighbors, my co-workers.

My girls are my heart. They bring joy to my life that I never knew was possible.  They make the hardest day melt away when we cuddle up and read at the end of the day. They are a major contributor to my hustle and I know it’s only the beginning.  I have so many events and activities to look forward to.

My family is my base. My parents and sister are my rocks. They are there for me every single time I ask for help, they are there when i don’t even realize I need them, and most importantly we find a way to celebrate life’s events and adventures together.

My friends are my tribe. We laugh together, we cry together, we have fun together. True friends are so important to me.  Riding the ups and the downs and finding the path along the way.

And then there is me. I’m surrounded by the bubble of amazing people and moments. In the middle of that I’m a successful women in a thriving work environment. My role as VP of OEM Operations at Dealer Inspire brought me to this amazing group of blogging women. I love a challenge and moving into my role at work has been an unexpected adventure and I am thriving in the wins along the way. Yes I like to win.

The wins vary for me.  Setting goals and achieving them never gets old.

Getting the kids to get pajamas on without asking 12 times.  WIN!
Being there on a day a friend needs someone to talk to.  WIN!
PR in my Half marathon. WIN!
Finishing a Spartan races.  WIN!
RX in a Crossfit WOD.  WIN!
Being brave enough to ask for help.  WIN!
Cooking an incredible dinner.  WIN!
Hearing someone tell me my daughters are kind.  WIN!

The journeys to each and every win make me who I am today.  I cannot wait to continue on this journey and see where it takes me!
